Eligibility for Degree & PG Courses

Academic Requirements for PG Courses : Candidates must have passed the Graduation in concerned field from any recognized University and have secured a minimum of 50% marks in BPT, B.Sc. MLT, B.Sc. Microbiology, B.Sc. Medical Microbiology, B.Sc. Medical Biochemistry or equivalent qualifying examination.

Academic Requirements for UG Courses :

Age: Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the admission year.

1) The Candidates must have passed the 10+2, i.e. ISC/Intermediate examination or its equivalent examination of any recognized Indian Board / University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together for BPT and 45% marks for all other courses.

2) In respect of candidates belonging to Schedule Castes / Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Maths taken together in the qualifying examination shall be 40%.

Eligibility for Diploma Courses

Age: Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the admission year.

Academic Requirements for Diploma and Certificate Courses : Candidates must have passed the 10+2, i.e. ICSE / Intermediate examination or its equivalent examination of any recognized Indian Board / University with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Maths subjects and must have secured a minimum of 45% marks. Pass in English is a must at 12th standard.

For DNT Course candidates should have passed the B.Sc. Physics / Electronics / Computer science with minimum 2nd class division in qualifying examination, OR Diploma in electronic / electrical / instrumentation, OR 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Maths with Diploma in Computer / EEG OR 2 years Institutional experience in EEG with 50% marks taken together in all subjects.

Admission Process

Selection Criterion: Selection will be made on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination.

Procedure for submission of Application form for admission

All the particulars required in the application form need to be written carefully. If a candidate furnishes false information, his/her admission will be cancelled at any stage and fees paid will not be refunded. The complete application form should be accompanied by the following documents:

1. An attested true copy of Matriculation Certificate showing the date of birth (No other evidence of candidate’s date of birth will be accepted).
2. An attested true copy of marks from the University Board or from the Principal / Head of the college / Institute from which the candidate has passed the qualifying 10+2 examination with the prescribed subjects (The year of passing this examination must be indicated).
3. Recent passport size colored photograph of the candidate pasted on application form must be attested by the Principal of the school / Institution last attended or a Gazetted Officer.
4. Two additional recent passport size photographs (same as pasted on application form).
5. An attested true copy of character certificate from the Principal / Head of the college/ Institute last attended.
6. Two medium size (9x4") self-addressed envelop with Rs. 5/- postage stamp affixed.

Diploma Courses
Admission Fee - Rs. 10,000/-(One time)
Tuition Fee - Rs. 30,000/- per year
Security deposit - Rs. 10,000/- (Refundable at completion of the course only)
Total - Rs. 50,000/-

Candidates will have to pay the Annual Examination fee as decided by the examination authorities at the time of each examination.
